I am so glad for the lovely, less humid days we had recently. It's time to begin harvesting! The Catnip is huge this year- which is terrific because I have lots of customers who love our fresh-dried, organic catnip (for their kittys, silly!). Their feline buddies apparently can tell the difference!
Lemon Balm, the Oreganos and Marjoram are ready to be cut, as well. This is good, because I use a fair amount to make up our seasoning blends. If this rate of growth continues, I should have plenty! |
